How does it work?

First, create a user account, you must have an account and be logged in for us to track your Seybert's bucks balance. Every order you place from there on out (while logged into your account) will add to your Seybert’s Bucks Balance. YOU MUST HAVE AN ACCOUNT AND BE LOGGED IN FOR US TO TRACK YOUR SEYBERT'S BUCKS BALANCE.

We also have tiers to our rewards program. The more you shop with us, the more you save (and there are other perks too!). See the chart below for more details. 

Bucks earned may take a day or two to process into your account - but those bucks can be used on future purchases. 

Log into your account where you can view your balance and other information in your account. You will also see your bucks balance when checking out (as long as you have a balance and are logged in)

Bucks expire 12 months from the date of being earned.

How do I redeem my Seybert’s Bucks?
During the checkout of your next order, on the 'Payment' page, you will notice a Seybert’s Bucks Redemption option at the bottom on the right of the page. Use the slider to select the amount of Bucks you want to use - then hit the Redeem button and your available Seybert’s Bucks will be applied to your order.

How many Seybert’s Bucks Do I Have?
You can check the number of Seybert’s Bucks in your account by logging into your account on our website and then clicking on “My Account” from the top header across the top of the site. From there, click on the “Seybert’s Bucks” link at the bottom of the menu. From the Seybert’s Bucks page you can view all the Bucks information available such as what order you received bucks on, what order you used bucks on, and other important information.

I had a bunch of bucks in my account… and now they are gone. What happened?
Seybert’s Bucks can be stored and used in your online account for up to a year. Seybert’s Bucks will expire and be removed from your account one year from the date of the order that provided the bucks. So, don’t forget to use them up. There is a ton of stuff on our site that you can use your bucks on or, in some cases get them for free.

Can I use my Seybert's Bucks on shipping charges?
No, Seybert's Bucks can only be applied to purchases of products on our website. Bucks cannot be used to reduce or eliminate the cost of shipping. Remember though, any order with an ending balance of over $99.00 at ships free in the continental US.

Can I get Bucks when I order over the phone?
Unfortunately, our shopping cart is set up with the Bucks tracking capabilities. In order for you to receive and use bucks, you must have an online account and you must be logged in and place your order through our shopping cart when purchasing or when using your Bucks on your orders.

I placed an order last month over the phone and did not get any bucks… Can you add them to my account?
Sorry, we are unable to retroactively add bucks to an account after an order is placed. To be part of our Bucks program, you have to have an account and be logged in while checking out so we can track your Seybert’s Bucks with our system.

I am using some of my bucks on a new order… Will I still get bucks on the products I am ordering now?
If you have an order for $100 you are currently placing, and use $50.00 Bucks on your order, your cost out of pocket will be $50.00. So, from that point, you will receive Bucks based upon the amount of your current order minus any Bucks you are currently using. So, long story short, the Bucks amount you receive will be based upon your out-of-pocket cost of $50.00 or the total order amount after the Bucks have been applied.

I purchased items and used a bunch of Bucks to purchase them. I am now returning the product for a refund. Will my Bucks be reimbursed to my account after refunding my out-of-pocket paid price?
If you return the product in new and unused condition, your used Seybert's Bucks will be reimbursed to your account so you can use it on other future purchases.

However, if you purchased a cue or shaft and used Seybert's Bucks to reduce the purchase price and return the cue or shaft under our 30-day return policy in used condition, only your dollar amount paid for the product minus shipping charges will be returned. The Seybert's Bucks used for the purchase will be forfeited and is non-returnable.

Important Note : Pool Tables are excluded from the Bucks program, due to shipping rates and other variables orders are done over the phone. We have to collect the shipping fee before or after the order is placed.
