Generating a return shipping label is flexible and easy at Seyberts.com.

You can return your package using a label from our Online Return Center.

Return Shipping Costs

In order to use this label you will need to give us a call and speak to one of our representatives for prior authorization. If you do not reach out and send back anyway, there will be a $25 fee and will be deducted from your merchandise refund and potentially get sent back to you. This decision is at the sole discretion of Seybert's Billiard Supply.

If an order was shipped using our "Free Shipping Over $99.00" method, the original cost of the shipment will be deducted from the full return amount as well, unless you purchase another product in its place.

We offer 4 different styles to generate and attach your return label.

  • E-mail Label - Receive label by Email, Print and attach to package and drop off.
  • UPS Direct To Mobile E-Mail - Have the label sent to your mobile device. Once you have the label on your phone, you can scan the mobile label email barcode at a UPS store near you and they will generate the label and attach it to the package for shipment.

  • View & Print - Print label from browser, attach to package and drop off.

  • View, Print & E-Mail - Print label from browser plus have a label emailed. Attach label to the package and drop off.
