Our website is open 24 hours a day for ordering, and we will process your orders when we return to our warehouse. 10am to 4pm M-F is our normal business hours, below is our scheduled times we will be off for the holidays. Thank you

Our Free Shipping service will vary during the holiday season and will not be guaranteed at any specific times as we are dependent on what UPS and USPS delivery services will provide during the season for their regular shipping method.

To be much more reliable we strongly suggest you choose the UPS options listed below and place your order within the outlined time frames to help ensure your packages are delivered in time for the Holidays.

UPS Deliveries

Tuesday, Dec. 16th

ORDER BY 11:00 AM EST: UPS Ground will be delivered before Christmas in most of the domestic United States. Please reference our shipping timeline map below to see our shipping times in your area.

Thursday, Dec. 18th estimate

  • ORDER BY 11:00 AM EST: Normal pickup and delivery service. UPS 3 Day Select packages to be delivered before Christmas Day (UPS quoted delivery on Monday, Dec. 23rd).

Friday, Dec. 19th estimate

  • ORDER BY 11:00 AM EST: Normal pickup and delivery service. UPS 2nd Day Air packages to be delivered before Christmas Day (UPS quoted delivery on Monday, Dec. 23rd).

Tuesday, Dec. 23rd estimate

  • ORDER BY 11:00 AM EST: Normal pickup and delivery service. For packages to arrive on Tuesday Dec 23rd) packages must be shipped UPS Next Day Air 

United States Postal Service - If you order by Postal we cannot guarantee delivery

Please note, USPS is far more likely to experience delays in shipping during the holidays. For more accurate shipping times we strongly suggest using UPS for time-sensitive deliveries during the holidays as we have no control of the USPS deliveries and do not want you to be disappointed with possible late shipments. We have found over the years that UPS is far more reliable during the holidays.
